"Unbelievable find!" I found this small jewelery store to have the most knowledgeable and experienced jewelers and goldsmiths I have ever found. The expertise found here is unlike any jeweler I have ever used or visited. They are far more than just salespeople. The Hartleys are the genuine article who have been doing this their entire lives and have a host of passions that make them an extraordinary resource and invaluable jeweler. I can't recommend them enough.

"Excellent craftsmanship and customer service" When I moved to Olympia 18 years ago from New York, (I owned a small jewelry store) I struggled to find a goldsmith that demonstrated the same commitment and passion that I put into my work. That is, until I found Hartley's. After designing a beautiful ring for my wife with Rick, the owner, it was obvious that he possessed a level of understanding and vision that one acquires only by truly loving their line of work. So it was, and so it has been. I have had the pleasure of dealing with most of the individuals at Hartley's over the years and I have not once had any reason to be anything less than thoroughly impressed. I would give six stars if I could.

"Best jewelry experience I have ever had" I have purchased many pieces of jewelry for my wife and family and have always struggled to find the right people who could tell me the truth about value, quality and craftsmanship. Hartley Jewelers has been in town and in business for over 40 years. Their staff has all been there for decades and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have goldsmiths right in the store working next to the sales team and are available for technical questions as well as custom design and repair. I have been back ever since and will never go anywhere else.

Hartley Jewelers has done all of my jewelery work my entire life. Not only that, they have been the exclusive jeweler for my family and friends as well. There is simply nobody more knowledgeable or talented in the State, and I've had my eye out. Where else can you go to talk directly to the goldsmith? They do all their work right on site and don't sell the cheap stuff you see at mall jewelers. If you are anywhere in Washington, this is worth the trip. In fact, I have friends travel from Alaska and Hawaii to have custom pieces designed at Hartley's. Excellent is an understatement.

Hartley Jewelers, I want to thank you. Recently, you helped my husband give me the most precious gift. When my mother passed, all I had of hers was a half of a wedding ring that had been cut off her finger in a medical emergency. It was literally only a half piece of the ring. My husband brought it into you and you all finished it and dipped it into white gold, my finish of choice. You cannot tell it was ever half of a ring! I was so surprised and happy with the results I just cannot thank you enough. Not to mention, my husband is not good as surprising me with gifts, but he pulled this one off for sure. It is so wonderful to feel my mother's ring on my finger every day; it helps me feel close to her. You are a part of that and I wanted t say thank you.
